Michaele and Tareq Salahi of “The Real Housewives of D.C” have already finalized their divorce.

According to reports, the divorce of Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi was made official after a Virginia judge signed the divorce decree on Monday. According to the divorce decree of the former couple, they both have a pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreement which will take care of dividing their assets evenly.

Previous reports have stated that Tareq Salahi filed for divorce from Michaele Salahi in September nearly one year ago, claiming that she “was engaged in an adulterous relationship” with Journey guitarist Neal Schon. In the legal documents, Tareq said that he has suffered “both emotional and physical harm” due to Michaele abandoning their marriage.

One week prior to the filing of divorce, Tareq alerted the Warren County police that he feared his wife had been kidnapped. However, it turns out that she had gone to Memphis with Neal Schon — who is an ex-boyfriend of hers. Tareq Salahi then filed a lawsuit against Schon for $50 million, which ended in a settlement deal last week between the two.

Tareq told media outlet TMZ, “I do wish Michaele the best and now I can focus on my race for governor of Virginia.”

After the recent dismissal of his lawsuit against his estranged wife Michaele Salahi, Tareq Salahi decided to attack her lover, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, by filing the same lawsuit against Schon, Journey’s personal recording label, and Journey’s publicist.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, the male half of the alleged White House party-crashers accuses Michaele and Neal’s 2011 affair to be a calculated attempt to re-launch the struggling rock band, which ended up ruining Tareq Salahi to the tune of $50 million.

Tareq Salahi also claimed that Michaele Salahi wasn’t the only thing Neal Schon took from Tareq. Schon reputedly also stole a deal with Oprah Winfrey, a $300,000 gig on Dancing With the Stars, and a big-screen adaptation of the Salahi couple’s life that came with 40% royalties.

Tareq further alleges that the Michaele Salahi-Neal Schon affair also cut off paid interviews and appearances.

Describing himself and Michaele as “instant international celebrities” and “household names” after they reputedly crashed a White House state dinner, Tareq claimed they were “being offered regular paid appearances as ‘The Salahis.’

“The Salahis” became a “financially prosperous enterprise,” said Tareq Salahi.

American vintner Tareq Salahi is not backing down against Journey guitarist Neal Schon – especially not after the musician swooped Tareq Salahi’s ex-wife, Michaele Salahi. Reports say Tareq Salahi filed a lawsuit against Neal Schon worth $50 million! Not only that – Tareq also wants an additional $450,000 in damages.

According to TMZ reports, Tareq Salahi filed the lawsuit in Virginia. The basis of the lawsuit is that Tareq Salahi and Michaele Salahi were lining up TV offers and were set to make a considerable sum before Neal Schon swooped in and swept Michaele Salahi off her feet.  Tareq Salahi claims that he lost out on the gigs when Neal Schon broke up his marriage with Michaele Salahi in September 2011.

Additionally, the lawsuit states that Tareq Salahi and Michaele Salahi were offered $150,000 to appear in the Australian version of Dancing With The Stars. Tareq Salahi also claims that he was approached by numerous other channels offering different projects, but since his marriage with Michaele Salahi was over, so are all the projects. Tareq Salahi is reported to have described the incident as ‘a metaphorical slap in the face.’

Tareq Salahi, 42, also claims that Neal Schon and Michaele Salahi have humiliated him by emailing a photo of Neal Schon’s penis as well as calling him to let him know he was having sexual relations with Michaele Salahi.

This is not the first time reports have emerged claiming that Tareq Salahi is suing his ex-wife and Neal Schon. Back in November last year,it was claimed that Tareq Salahi had filed a $17-million lawsuit against 57-year-old Neal Schon.

While Tareq Salahi has filed for divorce, there is quite a bit of confusion regarding the marital status of Neal Schon.

Neal Schon exchanged vows with former Playboy playmate Ava Fabian in July, which reports say, took place in Paris. And it was just two months before Neal Schon announced to the public his romance with 47-year-old Michaele Salahi.

Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi rose to fame back in 2009 when the ex-couple gatecrashed a White House party.
