A worried call by the manager of Tila Tequila sent the Los Angeles Police Department in force to the home of the supposedly-missing reality star this Wednesday- only to find out it was a false alarm.

TMZ earlier reported that policemen were poised outside the Los Angeles house of the ‘A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila’ star on Wednesday night. The reality star’s manager had become worried when Miss Tequila did not show up for an important flight on Tuesday.

According to TMZ, Tila Tequila was all set for an singing tour in eight German cities. She was scheduled to take off half an hour before midnight this Tuesday. However, Miss Tequila did not turn up at the airport at the appointed time. The next day, the airport notified her manager that Tequila didn’t make the flight. Her manager called her at her home, but Tequila did not answer her phone.

TMZ reported that the worried manager sent her assistant to the Los Angeles home of Tequila. The assistant knocked on the door, but there was reportedly no answer. The manager called the cops. LAPD officers went inside the home at 1:53 PM Pacific Time. They reportedly found Tila Tequila inside, unharmed, and unconcerned. The officers emerged a few minutes later after talking with Miss Tequila.

“I don’t know why we were called here,” a somewhat confused police officer told TMZ before he left Tequila’s home.`

Tila Tequila entered rehab this March for substance abuse and psychological issues. She had previously caused a massive suicide scare when her roommate claimed that Miss Tequila had attempted suicide several times.

Her month-long rehab ended in April. Tequila’s rep insisted that the reality star had not only fully recovered, but that Tila Tequila was also the healthiest she had ever been.

Former MySpace top celebrity and TV personality Tila Tequila has agreed to enter a rehab facility to seek help for her substance abuse and treatment for psychological issues, this according to Tila’s friend and manager.

As previous reports from RadarOnline have stated, Tila suffered from a near-fatal brain aneurysm which led to her hospitalization last week. The alleged brain aneurysm was discovered when paramedics responded to a 911 call placed by the roommate of Tila Tequila, who reported the situation as a drug-related suicide attempt. Radar also reported that the brain aneurysm caused her to “think irrationally” and for the pain she took too many prescription pills.

Now, Tequila’s manager has confirmed that the 30-year-old star, who was released from the hospital on Monday due to her suicide scare last week, will enter a rehab facility.

“Tila has agreed to go into treatment on her own at Palm Partners in Florida and will be entering this week,” Tequila’s rep said. “That is all the info we want to give at this time.”

Tila Tequila “continues to recover and is doing better,” her manager says. “We ask that her privacy is respected during this difficult time.”

It is unclear when the model plans to enter a rehab facility, but her friends are hoping she’ll get help as soon as this week, reports say. Additionally, a rehab facility has already agreed to take Tila Tequila in, but sources did not specify which one.

Reports say emergency responders rushed to Tila’s home at 1:30 AM on Wednesday and she was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph’s hospital in Burbank, California. “When they arrived she was incoherent, the roommate told the police she had been trying to kill herself all week,” a source claims. Additionally, sources close to Tila Tequila said that she was in and out of consciousness at her house and after arriving at the hospital, doctors determined that she suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm. The paramedics discovered the brain aneurysm when they responded to the “attempted suicide” call placed by Tila’s roommate, who claims the 30-year-old TV personality had overdosed on pills, which may have led to the brain aneurysm.

Before she was rushed to the hospital for brain aneurysm, earlier reports said that Tila Tequila had broken her own bedroom window in an attempt to jump to her death. However, a source says that report was not true and no windows were broken.

“I did call the police last night because I showed up at her home and saw a screen off of a window and the window left wide open,” the manager of Tila Tequila said. “I thought someone could have broken in. I also could not reach her and was a bit worried. Yes, the police contacted me and told me they spoke to her on the phone and she was OK.”

“Tila Tequila continues to recover and is doing better,” Tila’s manager added regarding the brain aneurysm incident. “We ask that her privacy is respected during this difficult time. Tila is in a wheelchair right now, as she is very weak.”

Tila Tequila was released from the hospital Monday.
