Tito Jackson, another one of the siblings of the late Michael Jackson, gave a confirmation that there is a family plot to overthrow the administrators of the Michael Jackson estate.
According to reports, the children of Michael Jackson, as well as other young members of the family have been in bad terms with their aunts and uncles for the past week due to claims that their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, is missing and attempts made by the siblings of Michael Jackson to contest the the authenticity of their brother’s will.
Just last week, Tito Jackson and his siblings Randy, Jermaine and Janet added their signatures to a letter which accuses the administrators of the Michael Jackson Estate — namely John McClain and John Branca — of faking the late singer’s legal documents prior to his death back in June 2009. However, after the Twitter fight between his niece, Paris Jackson, and several other members of the family, which reportedly started with an alleged showdown at the house the children share with their grandmother on Monday, Tito Jackson washed his hands of the whole incident.
In a statement given to media outlet TMZ, Tito said “I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael’s estate and repudiate all the claims made against them… I don’t want any part of that letter whatsoever.”
In the complaint letter, the Jackson siblings are accusing McClain and Branca of failing to do their job and stressing out their mother, Katherine Jackson, so badly that she had a “mini-stroke.”
TMZ also reported that TJ, the son of Tito Jackson, is preparing legal papers so he can ask a judge to become the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson’s three children while their grandmother is staying in Arizona.
